When you contact us

When you send the enquiry form, your answers go to our server and are emailed to our team through our email provider, Resend. If the form can’t be delivered, it prepares a WhatsApp or email message instead, and your answers are shared only if you send that message. We use information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work.

WhatsApp and email

These are third-party services with their own privacy terms. Do not include passwords, payment details, customer lists or sensitive personal information in your initial enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list simply because you enquire.

Website data

Our hosting provider may process technical request data for delivery, security and diagnostics. Campaign source parameters, when present, are stored in your browser session and included with your enquiry so we can understand where it came from. The business-brief fields are not saved in browser storage.

Analytics choices

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel (including Meta’s Conversions API through our own tracking server) to measure visits, contact clicks and sent enquiries. When you send an enquiry, your phone number, first name and email (if given) are shared with Meta and Google in hashed form so we can measure which ads lead to enquiries. We never send the contents of your message to these tools. Analytics is on by default; you can turn it off at any time using the analytics settings button below, and we will remember that choice on this device.

Access, deletion and questions

Contact hello@hookandframe.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. We retain enquiry conversations only as needed for follow-up, business records and applicable obligations.
