THE PEOPLE BEHIND HOOK & FRAME
One of us came through digital advertising. The other through engineering and a family print business. We came together to build an agency that pays attention to the whole job.

OUR STORY
Hook & Frame grew out of a desire to understand how the work actually gets done.
In 2019–2020, Simranjeet worked at an agency offering Google Business Profile optimisation, Meta ads, Google ads and websites. He wanted to learn how to deliver those services himself.
He started with one or two small projects. Alongside the client work came courses, training and continued study of marketers from the US and UK. Each project became a chance to put that learning into practice, see what happened and improve.
That work grew to include brands such as Shaakh, Graina and The Shawl Studio, as well as websites and lead-generation projects for service businesses.
Abhishek came from an engineering background. He began working with his father in print advertising in 2014 and now runs the family business.
In 2023–2024, he joined Simranjeet to explore digital advertising. He brought years of experience understanding briefs, handling clients and seeing work through to delivery. Today, that experience shapes how we manage relationships and support our clients.
Together, we bring attention to both sides of the job: the thinking behind the marketing and the experience of the person trusting us to deliver it.
CONTINUED LEARNING. PERSONAL RECOGNITION.
Training and mentorship are part of Simranjeet’s journey. Here are the people and programmes behind that learning.

THE THINKING BEHIND THE WORK
What do they want? What makes them hesitate? What would help them trust you? Those questions shape the message, the creative and the page they land on.
Look at the customer’s questions, objections and reasons for buying. Use that understanding to decide what the message needs to explain.
A product demonstration, a customer story and a direct offer answer different questions. Develop distinct messages and test how people respond.
Carry the promise from the ad to the website. Make the offer clear, the buying questions easy to answer and the next step easy to take.
Look at sales, margins and lead quality alongside campaign metrics. Separate what a platform reports from what the business actually earns.
We study the psychology behind buying decisions, then test our thinking against real behaviour. The learning continues with every project.
